Refund policy

The Company is dedicated to ensuring the timely delivery of Products in accordance with the Customer's Order. We understand the importance of meeting deadlines and strive to provide a seamless experience. If an Expert fails to fulfill their delivery obligations, Customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund as outlined in our Refund Policy (“Policy”).

GENERAL

The Site serves solely as a platform and is not a party to any contracts between Experts and Customers or any other services or materials provided by Experts. The Company is not responsible for monitoring any Customer-Expert transactions.
Our Refund Policy allows you to request a refund if the Expert fails to deliver the Product in accordance with the terms stated in your Order. Please note that refund eligibility may vary by country or region due to consumer law protections. To receive a refund, please contact us.
To ensure our Policy is as transparent as possible, we want to emphasize that there are specific situations in which we can offer refunds. Below are the scenarios that may qualify for a refund:
  • No Expert Assigned
In rare cases where no Expert has been assigned to your order, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
  • Order Cancellation
If you cancel an order before the Expert has uploaded the completed work, you may receive a refund ranging from 100% to 70%, depending on the effort invested by the Company and the Expert.
If the work has already been completed, the case will be reviewed as a Disputed Claim, with our Quality Assurance Department determining the refund amount.
  • Late Delivery
The Company will issue a refund to compensate for late delivery, with the exact amount to be determined in discussion with the Customer.
If the delay is caused by the Customer’s failure to provide necessary information or materials, a refund cannot be granted.
If the work is completed after the deadline but is still useful to the Customer, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Disputed claims
If a Customer is dissatisfied and requests a refund, our Quality Assurance Department will conduct an investigation. The refund decision will be based on the findings, with a focus on fairness and customer satisfaction.
  • Accidental Duplicate Order
If you place the same order twice by mistake, please contact us immediately to cancel the unnecessary order. A full refund will be issued if no Expert has been assigned. If no cancellation request is made before an Expert is assigned, the Order will be considered valid. You can still cancel the Order, but one of the situations outlined in the Policy will apply.
  • Duplicate Payment
If you are mistakenly charged twice for an order, notify us immediately and provide both payment receipts. We will verify the issue and issue a full refund for the extra charge.
  • Content originality
If you believe the delivered work lacks originality, a detailed report from a reputable service, including evidence, is required. Without this, a refund cannot be provided.
You are not entitled to a refund in the following cases:
  • Product Usage. If you have already used the Product for personal purposes or as part of another Order on our Site, at least 70% of the contract price must be released. The final refund amount may be adjusted based on a review by our Quality Assurance Department.
  • A lower grade than what was expected is received. Please note that our Site is a learning platform that facilitates collaboration between Customers and Experts with the goal of enhancing the Customer's educational experience. As such, we do not guarantee high grades, and Experts are only responsible for aiding Customers in accordance with the requirements specified in the Order. It is the Customer's responsibility to complete educational tasks independently; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for such claims.
  • You were not admitted to an educational institution or did not pass an exam, test, or quiz. Please be informed that we do not guarantee that we will raise your admission chances. While we can provide you with some educational materials or information. We are against academic dishonesty, we do not provide services that Customers can submit as their own or assist with passing exams, tests, or quizzes.
  • Inability to Verify Poor Service. A refund cannot be granted if we are unable to verify that the service was provided incorrectly. This includes but is not limited to situations where:
1) You bypassed our Site to communicate with Experts directly.
2) You placed an order on a third-party platform or inserted a URL to external resources, preventing our Quality Assurance Department from reviewing the work.
3) You failed to comply with our Site policies when placing an Order.
  • Editing & Proofreading Orders. If an editing or proofreading order does not meet your expectations, a refund cannot be granted.Customers must provide clear requirements; we are not responsible for contextual errors or originality issues in materials you supply for editing. Attempting to use editing/rewriting services as a way to request new content and pressuring Experts to create original work will be considered a malicious act.
  • Expired Refund Period. Refund requests must be submitted within six months of the original transaction date. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If six months have passed, no refund can be issued.
We have no liability to you, nor any obligation to provide a refund to you, in connection with internet or other Service outages or failures that are caused by the actions of government authorities, other third parties or events beyond our control.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your refund is confirmed, the Company typically processes it within 3 business days.
The Company is not responsible for any bank transfer fees, transfer anomalies, or delays caused by banking service issues.
Refunds depend on the original payment date and may sometimes be subject to issues beyond our control. These transactions are processed by independent payment card network processors, which follow their own policies.
Refunds are available within six months of the original transaction date. After this period, no refund can be issued.
Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase. It is not possible to transfer a refund to a different payment method (e.g., a new credit card or a different bank).

CHARGEBACKS

A chargeback occurs when you dispute a transaction with your payment provider, and they contact us to reverse the charge.
If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend access to your account until the dispute is resolved.
Any fees incurred due to chargebacks or other payment disputes must be covered by you.

EXPIRED ACCOUNT

If you have been inactive for more than 180 days since your last payment, your account will be considered expired and will be deleted.
Upon account deletion, all associated personal data processed by the Company will also be permanently erased.

DELETION OF AN ACCOUNT

You may request to delete your account at any time by clicking the deactivate button in your account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for account deactivation.
Once you request deletion, there is a 14-day window during which your account will be temporarily deactivated. This allows you to change your mind and reactivate your account if needed. If you have any remaining balance in your account, please contact our Support Team within this 14-day period to request a withdrawal.
If your account is suspended or deactivated due to a violation of our policies, you will not be eligible for any refunds, exchanges, or recovery of content, data, or unused services.
Account deletion is permanent. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.

PAYMENT SERVICES

We use third-party payment services to process transactions securely. We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers.
Your paid balance remains safe in your account as we use an integrated iframe checkout system provided by our payment partners.
Experts receive payment only for confirmed Products.
All transactions are encrypted and protected by our payment partners' security measures.

DATA PROVIDED BY YOU

You acknowledge that all billing information (e.g., credit card details) provided for payment processing is handled exclusively by our third-party payment providers. We do not collect, store, or process your billing information.
The Company is not responsible for any security failures or breaches by third-party payment providers. Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these providers in addition to this policy.
We reserve the right to change our payment providers and transfer billing information to new providers that comply with industry security standards, such as SSL encryption or similar protective technologies.

PAYMENTS AND TAXES

When you make a payment, we hold the funds and release them to the assigned Expert upon completion of the ordered Product at the agreed price.
Registration on the Website is free; however, Customers may be subject to a Service Fee for using the platform. This non-refundable fee is charged in addition to the Order price, except when an Order evaluation is 0% (zero percent).
Customers and Experts are responsible for all applicable transaction fees and taxes related to the delivery and use of services on our platform.
Experts are charged a commission fee for using our platform. Failure to pay these required fees constitutes a material breach of this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

PAYOUTS

Experts receive payment only after a Product is confirmed by the Customer.
Payouts are processed through third-party payment services to ensure secure transactions. To make the payout, Experts may use our third-party payment services for secured transactions.

OTHER

Payments made through our Site are intended solely for the consumption and delivery of services between Customers and Experts. These payments may not be used for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities as defined by law.

AUTHORSHIP AFTER A REFUND

If the Order is canceled, the Customer is prohibited from using any Products that have been provided before the cancellation.
The Company retains full authorship of the Products associated with canceled Orders. The Customer has no rights to use the Product after cancellation.
The Product will be uploaded to repository services and marked as 100% not original, ensuring it is not used again.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our Site, and major modifications will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Site.
The most recent version of this Policy will always be available on the Site for your review.
While we generally aim to notify you before new terms take effect, certain changes may need to be implemented immediately. In such cases, we reserve the right to update the policy without prior notice.
